To give you a heads up, we will be releasing the 10 remaining student passes today (6th April) at 3pm! These are going to sell out fast so make sure you’re ready and waiting! Student Pass
If you’re not a student but would still like to attend you can still grab your passes for FOWD. It’s only 3 weeks away though so if you haven’t done so already you’d better hurry!
*Party Party!
I’m happy to announce that the official FOWD wrap party will be taking place after the conference on 30th April at ONANON which is located just down the road in the heart of the city – Piccadilly Circus.
The party will kick off at 7.30pm and will finish in the early hours of Friday morning – that is if you can make it that late;) It’s a pretty big venue so look out for signs directing you to the correct bar… we want to make sure you all make use of the complimentary drinks!
Just a note: The bar says it’s over 21’s on the website – but don’t worry it’s over 18’s for us. Although it’s probably a good idea to bring some ID if you’re a babyface! ☺
*Getting to the Party
By Tube: You need to jump on the Circle line from ‘High Street Kensington’ and at ‘South Kensington’ change onto the Piccadilly Line until you reach Piccadilly Circus.
By Bus: The No 9 Bus leaves from outside High Street Kensington station every 5-6 mins from Stop: B (towards Aldwych) and takes about 20 minutes.
By Taxi: You can grab a taxi from the Kensington High street. Fares range from £11- £18 depending on traffic/waiting times etc. If you want to take a cab maybe you can find someone to share with☺

*Workshop day and Chill out evening
For those of you joining us for the workshops, we will be organising a relaxing evening of drinks on Friday 1st May. It will be the perfect way to unwind and relax after the hectic preceding days.
We’re still looking for a venue so watch this space for details.
*Announcing Competition Winner
If you have placed a FOWD badge on your site in the chance of winning a conference pass, we should be announcing this at the end of this week or beginning of the next week. The winner will be contacted and announced on our blog as soon as this takes place.
This year it’s going to be extra special! With our fantastic speakers, free Uni sessions and a few little surprises along the way…it really is not to be missed! But then again we would say that wouldn’t we☺
